The hotel's position was favourable, in the middle of jackson. The staff were pleasant and knew the area.

The location is particularly good and super, 2 miles from Lost Island Water Park.

The total stay was very nice for a family vacation. I was given fairly quiet and clean room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The excellent staff provided all the necessary info. The location was convenient, just 5 min walk from a shopping mall. What's more, it was not far from several restaurants nearby, and Holiday Inn Express Waterloo.

My room included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge, and coffee/tea making machines. The breakfast was hot, there was lots of food to chose from.

Newly decorated and nice hotel, I had a really really nice stay. The best thing was how helpful and excellent the staff were. The location was good, for example, a shopping mall was within walking distance of the property. It was located in a nice area near to restaurants, Cedar Falls/Waterloo and lost island.

The property was fairly clean and newly decorated. The room was amazingly comfortable and absolutely perfect and offered a shower, hairdryers and towels, so that guests had essentials.

The breakfast was nice hot, well presented and with a huge variety of options. As for me, rooms were large, they offered coffee/tea makers and a fridge. The location was comfy, at a moderate distance from a shopping mall.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Firstly, the prices were very reasonable and offered great value for money. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The clean pool was a nice bonus, and the location just off San Marnan Drive was perfect for us as it was close to where we needed to be, including Lost Island. Plus, there were several restaurants nearby for our convenience.

really enjoyed to be here, the hotel was clean and newly renovated, the location was good and super in the middle of jackson. the king room was cool, included a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a fridge and coffee/tea making machines. the staff was nice, pleasant, and everything was wonderful. the breakfast was warm, the check in was fast. location: the property was just next door to waterloo, lost island and several restaurants. a few times i ate at burger king, located just a short walk away from the hotel.

The room had a slight smell of smoke, indicating that someone had smoked in it before. The front windows/doors were dusty and dirty, giving the impression that the hotel was closed.
